What are your favorite GameCube games and why ? Are they among your all-time favorite video games ?
Metroid Prime 2, because I just love the main character and I really enjoy the multiplayer. I also really enjoy Super Smash Brothers Melee just because I was a big fan of the first one and it's really a lot of fun with a bunch of friends. I'd have to say that Metroid is one of my favorite games because it kinda breaks the mold of what i think of when I think of Nintendo games and is really a lot of fun.
The mass question: what's the color of your Cube ? how many games and controllers do you own for it ? do you have a Game Boy Advance, a Nintendo DS ? do you play online or in LAN ?
Sadly, I do not own a Game Cube or Game Boy Advance, but my mother has a Game Boy Advance which I do get to play with even though its not technically mine. I haven't had the chance yet to play online or on a LAN yet.
Which characteristic (graphics, sound, gameplay...) of a game do you value the most ?
As superficial as it seems I really value graphics because it's the first thing I notice about a game. Although, a game can have beautiful graphics and horrible gameplay in which case I will play it for a while before selling it back to the store.
Anything you regret about the GameCube ?
I regret spending most of my money on an Xbox and not a Game Cube, though, I do wish that I could use my Playstation controller on a GameCube (actually all systems for that matter) because I'm most comfortable with it.
What sort of game would you like to see on GameCube ?
I'd like to see more shooting type games (FPS or TPS) and less Mario Party, honestly that title has been beaten to death.
Any gaming exploits ? Anything you achieved in a video game that you are particularly proud of ?
I'm proud of my achievement in Call of Duty where my individual score was higher than the entire opposing team's score. Other than that I'm pretty much an average gamer, and I'm pretty poor at most GameCube games.
What would you say to convince people to buy a GameCube ?
Stay true to your gaming roots, Nintendo has more competition now but they still make some pretty high quality games.
Is there a not so well known GC title that you'd like to bring attention to ?
I only know the mainstream ones myself.
Would you like to say something to all the game makers at Nintendo Japan ? (they might read you !)
How about some more Metroid titles? Also you really might want to think about some attachments for other console controllers if you don't already have one; one of the major driving factors in what console a person gets is the controller.
