We only get them now but it's still worth checking !
13 big screenshots (640 x 480, should load pretty smoothly though) of this Metal Gear coming to GameCube only. It looks cool but still early, I think we should expect a delay; the game is scheduled for this winter, very optimistic indeed.
Here are 20 brand new high-quality screenshots for Kirby Air Ride, it looks pretty and fun. You might not find these screenshots immediately on other sites...
Factor 5/Lucasarts best seller is back for a third instalment with stunning visuals and exciting new possibilites. It seems Rebel Strike is like a Star Wars GTA because you can use different vehicles and walk. The title looks highly promising, a bless for any Star Wars fanatic. For the time being I left the screenshots in their big size so the preview is a huge file over 1MB.
Presented last year in an early version, Stage Debut is back... in an early version ! This time though, there are some pictures, 10 to be exact, that you can see in the preview.
(Stage Debut file and link removed, the game is likely to be canceled)
Here are a bunch of new media with fact sheets straight from the E3; 12 screenshots for Billy Hatcher, 16 screenshots for Phantasy Star Online III, 10 screenshots for Sonic Heroes and 10 screenshots for Sonic Adventure DX (comments for the pictures will be added later).
A few tidbits about the new Sega games. In Phantasy Star Online Episode III: C.A.R.D. Revolution, it seems you play card battles with other characters and not, like in Lost Kingdom, have real fights with a magical deck of card. It's reminding of Star Wars chess game, though the point of view is inside the board. It looks more appropriate to PSO universe, yet it's hard to figure why Sega chose this game system to become the Episode III. Maybe because it's easier to make ?
The first video of Billy Hatcher and The Giant Egg is quite encouraging. Billy can roll his egg (which have multiple size, color and pattern) in 2 different ways, by pushing it or by rolling with it, he then looks very much like Sonic in a ball shape. The action is good and the graphics ok, though the pictures were better than what the video showed.
While not exclusive to GameCube, Sonic Heroes is one more adventure of Sonic on a Nintendo console. It's fast and furious, but once again, the graphics don't look anything special, very much in the classic Sonic style. The interesting feature seems to come from controling 3 characters at the same time: Sonic, Knucle and Tails. In some situation, they combine their power to fight (Sonic uses the 2 others in ball shape to beat up the enemies) or to drive some kind of space shuttle on wheel (Knuckles drives, Sonic becomes the wheel and Tails the rotor).
People at the E3 won't be able to play Killer 7 and Resident Evil 4, but they will have a chance to see them in brand new videos, that we are very eager to see too. In addition, some Capcom representatives made it clear again: Resident Evil 4 is exclusive and there are no plans to bring Killer 7 to other consoles.
According to some sources (good ol' rumors), Starfox Armada, shown at Nintendo's booth and not at Namco's, is going to be in a playable version but only for several players. The single player mode will be presented in video because it's still early, as the development team has first started to work on the multiplayer aspect of the game.
Game titles in red are GameCube exclusive. The list will be regularly updated and eventually completed when the official and final game announcements have been made.
