Because a new version of your favorite site (everybody is laughing now) is under way and the road is long and difficult, Samurai Nintendo will be moving at a very slow pace in the coming months; updates, reviews and previews are likely to be scarce and we might fall behind on many occasions, but the final result will be worth the neglect hopefully. Just don't expect the new Samurai before a while.

Nothing much happening in neither of them as usual. Virtua Fighter Quest has been delayed, but you probably already know by now.

Mario Party 6. Iwata hinted today during a conference in Japan that the next Mario Party will see an evolution in the series: the game will not be played with a controller but seemingly with a new device yet to be announced (the new camera accessory ? see the news item below). At least we know now why the game wasn't shown at the E3. (these morons of IGN managed to write some lenghty news about this just to say nothing but laugh at it... what a bunch of ass !)

New hardware. Nintendo patented two new names and logos for what appears to be the new device they plan to introduce this year. The names are "ningen copy manebito" and "manebito camera", one can't help thinking of Sony's Eye Toy, but they might be much more behind. If the Mario Party 6 news is really connected to this one, it means a full game can be played with it and a game as "complex" as Mario Party, so it would make a really big difference with the Eye Toy and its crappy jackass mini-games for goofies (I feel like insulting all the people I dislike today, sorry). Maybe this manebito camera coordinate your motions with those of the characters on screen ? That would explain the copy logo with what looks like two characters face to face, but one in front of the camera and the other behind.

Gameassawards. A few lunatics who call themselves "gamecritics" amused the gaming community very much yesterday by giving some awards to the games they thought were the best at the E3. These naive idiots are famous for choosing their favorite games from videos and be deeply influenced by the market and profitability, they've been told a thousand times that their awards stink, that we're sick of their imbecile taste, but they don't seem to care and keep fucking around. So if you happen to go to their site or hear about assawards or gamecriticsawards, don't forget to fart from the mouth to express your indignation.
